This gorgeous elephant is blind in her right eye most likly due to some sort of abuse. Her owners claim she was poked in the eye by a tree limb while walking through the woods but I don’t believe that excuse. Blinding elephants is common practice in Asia. Our goal is to rescue her from the chains. She is about 1,000 pounds underweight.
