mine was toto. id plumber prob not skilled to install so there was a sewage smell everytime i switch on the kdk fan. after 6 mths of checking, finally went bk to the shop to ask for a plumber who specialise in installing toto toilet bowls. plumber eventually managed to reinstall the pan collar and No more smell!

mine also HDB resale. my common toilet and master bedroom toilet hole has different distance from wall! apparently my master bedroom hole is nearly half inch closer to wall, so I can only choose small sized toilet bowl. obviously HDB construction fault.
