My dads dad died by suicide, my dad later also died my suicide, I wanted to die by suicide because I lived the battle but I WILL break the cycle & I WILL always advocate for the mental battle. The illness of the mind is a battle not everybody understands but no matter what You cannot escape your mind. They don’t do it to cause us pain they do it to end theirs & that’s gotta be a horrific choice to ultimately make. Choose kindness & compassion always 🫶🏼 I see you!!
