Well incase anyone cared to know this is how the drs appointment went. I’m going to wait to speak to the orthopedic. I can’t imagine having to go to PT without first knowing the damage to my knee. Couldn’t you risk harming the knee more not knowing what damage the knee had? Anyways, I got a lot of other referrals as well. PT, psych, obgyn, and of course orthopedic. Starting the Chantix is going to be huge. Smoking is something I have wanted to quit for so long and I’m hoping this is going to help. I just want to be healthy for my kids. There is one more thing I addressed while there that I’m not quite yet ready to share but I will get there. Acknowledging it felt good though so I do think I want to share with all of you. It’s the next step I need to make. Yes some will judge but I have to face my problems instead of hiding from them. Thank you all for caring. You all are such a strength to me. #Childloss #griefjourney #grief
