The cops do not care anymore they do it and then they hide behind qualified immunity like cowards they don't care and if anyone has to pay Pay it's a taxpayers cause the cops don't care. It's a win-win situation for them. They're getting paid now and anytime they have to come in and be interviewed or go to court take a time and a half so they're making money off of this.
