He takes the good news of Christ and causes it to produce deep joy, even when circumstances are difficult. This is why the kingdom of God is described as: “righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.” Romans 14:17 So, one dimension of the Holy Spirit's diverse ministry is that He is the divine bearer and communicator of good news. He announces God's faithfulness to our hearts, reveals Jesus, reminds us of God's promises, and produces a joy that circumstances cannot manufacture.
