Hi, I can give you a couple of suggestions for your riding if you want to. (For your first lesson you ride pretty well tbh). Firstly, I love that you have loose reins, but I would recommend you to have them a bit shorter so you won't accidentally pull on the horse's mouth while trotting ( not too much, just to have stable contact with their mouth ( they need to have the ability to move their head so they can catch themselves if they trip)), you land pretty light on the back which is good ,but when rising and sitting try to land more on the centre of the saddle than the back because if you're landing on the back you can make the horse a bit uncomfortable by putting pressure near her/ his kidneys and some horses can throw a fit because of it and try to more squeeze with your calf than kick the horse with heels because they can be sensitive and once again tell you by bucking that they are uncomfortable (I say it from experience, half of my falls were because of it lol and for the same reason don't squeeze your knees) and for safety wear a helmet so you won't be accidently kicked in the head when you fall. Your foot is a bit too far in the stirrup so for safety keep it a bit more on the front of the stirrup so you won't be dragged when you fall and it can help you keep your heels down and stable. On the side note, personally I would recommend you to wear a bit longer sleeved shirt so you won't get scratched on the shoulder while falling ( telling that from the experience) and longer pants for your own comfort and it can save you from scratches and saddle burns . you can also get riding boots they can help you keep your feet in a safe place( I get them a bit bigger because I feel more comfortable and give me ability to put two pairs of socks on cold days). The beginning of the riding can be sometimes frustrating so don't give up on the bad days. Have a fun and safe time while riding! (Sorry for any spelling mistakes, English is not my first language)

Stop arching your back you’ll cause issue with it for yourself, line your pinky toes up with the stirrup iron and push your heals down toes to the sky, rise up not forward pushing upwards with your knees, try and have softer hands on the reins (the position for them is perfect just try and soften and lower to the body of the horse a bit more) and for gods sake wear a hat
