@cherry.adhd: Thanks @Ava Max for the tune - it’s my girls favorite song atm and when it came onto my morning playlist we started to dance - she made asked me to copy her moves. Hers were obviously much better than my attempts but it still worked. Feeling grateful I’m feeling this well despite everything looking so bad inside my pelvic area and nearby haha I’m grateful I got to have my daughter and I’m grateful im able to live my life most days and am only struggling and needing to rely on painkillers etc on some days. That’s big - and definitely not where I’d be if it hadn’t been for my first laparoscopy that I had in 2017 before I had my daughter in 2019. Forever grateful for the consultant surgeon who did such a great job back then. That was truly life changing. Managing my diet and lifestyle and using supplements since alongside other coping strategies has been a big big game changer too in reducing my flare up lengths. #endometriosisawareness #adenomyose #endowarrior #audhdmum #mentalhealthsupport
