I had a tri break 2 years ago surgery with plates and screws. I still csnt walk properly. ive a bone blockage with is getting removed on Tuesday 😫 l. hopefully ill be able to bend it again x

Fell on a trampoline at zip world in wales, hospital said it was sprained and told me to keep walking on it and to keep moving it, 4 weeks later we found out it was actually broken and I had been walking and moving it as much as possible😭😭

im two weeks post op!!! The first week was very bad for pain etc as the nerve blockers wear off, but it’s only up from here. had my stitches out today and the pain went down a lot since my boot no longer rubs against the stitches

This has been my summer journey too. Fell on 6/14, surgery on 7/1, and just started walking again (in a boot) on 8/1…. All my summer plans got canceled. 🤦🏼‍♀️

going through the same. I'm 10 weeks since my fall, 7 weeks since my trimalleolar surgery. I've had my cast removed and told not to have a boot but I can start weight bearing but I'm unable to due to the swelling, scabby scars and tight skin. never gone through anything like this it is Hell

I dislocated my talus and one other ankle joint along w multiple fracture, surgery on the 17th!

I’m praying for your recovery. I had something somewhat similar happened to me my freshman year of college and I just graduated college in May. I was an athletes and I ended my career my freshman you’re breaking my ankle. I’ve had 6 surgery so far with a possible 7th. And I don’t say this to scare you or anything. I just say this to let you know that if you ever need somebody to talk to you, you can always message me. The mental battle is a lot. But it’s very helpful to know you’re not alone. There is also this amazing facebook group that has helped me a lot. It’s calling the injured athletes club and it’s amazing! I
