Ate, every time na nagpeperform or report po ako nanlalamig ako. How to handle it po, I do feel confident pero kapag nasa harap na ako nanlalamig na ako especially kapag may mic.

Ilang beses ko ng napapanood mga vids mo dahil sa "Hiya" and honestly, narealize ko na may point ka. As a full time mom, sobrang mahina na loob ko at nahihiya rin ako na sumubok na mag apply kasi takot ako na mapahiya or what pero, ano nga bang nakukuha ko sa pagiging mahiyain? Napakaraming opportunities na pala ang nasayang ko dahil sa NAHIHIYA AKO 🥲

Dahil sa hiya minumulto pa din ako ng "what if". Back when I was young nag karon ako ng opportunity na mag aral sa Canada like parang aampunin ako ng kamag anak namin because they are not capable having children, madami kaming mag pipinsan na tinanong kung sino may gusto kase gusto talaga nilang mag ampon, tapos sa aming mag pipinsan ako pinaka mahiyain, average student, at walang ganong talent so umayaw ako kase feel ko I am not enough. Feel ko kailangan ko ng timing para mag decide, gusto dapat ka level ko na mga ibang pinsan ko. So, by the time na feel ko ready na ako bigla akong nahiyang mag sabi sakanila like sa sobrang hiya ko di ako pupunta nun pag may gathering ( I don't know if normal lang sa 10 yrs old na ganun ka hiya pero ganun talaga ako di Ako sanay sa tao). To make the story short di po ako pumunta. Mind you guys sobrang dami pang mga ganap na hindi ko magawa sa buhay ko dahil sa hiya na yan. Until now na college na ako andito pa din siya sakin🥀
