had this exact thing happen to a friend of mine. he got to drunk and forgot to pay his tab. his card did declined and thy did this trick and yes it do go through. he want back the next day and tried to pay but was told it was charged to the card. after he seen that she typed herself over $120 he reported it as fraud. guess what she spent 2 years in jail for credit card fraud. it is 100% illegal to do that.
