It is really sad and infuriating that Europeans of that time had painted Pocahontas (Matoaka) with their beauty standards when she would look so much different as a Native American. True American, Native American beauty is mesmerising

I think Togo and Balto both deserve credit for the serum run. all I ever see is people fight about it. it's true that Togo did a longer and harsher run with worse conditions but both dogs worked to get medicine to Nome Alaska and both dogs are heros. Unfortunately although both dogs are heros and deserved to live like ones they sold Balto to a circus where he was abused untill he died his body was then stuffed and set to the Cleveland Natural History Museum in Ohio. Neverthelesss both Togo and Balto are recognized for thier honorable serum run for Nome Alaska.

Togo was the dog that actually did most of the serum run and got the serum but Balto took credit for it even though he did the easiest stretch
