if you are in cuffs in the back of the police car you are under arrest. if the description of the person on the warrant doesn't match the one being detained then the cops aren't doing their job right

If the person named on the warrant is not at the property you have to leave at the homeowner's order unless they have a specific search warrant for the property

This just shows how pushy they are and how egotistical , if that guy would have been super nice and told him it was his nephew , they would have never did all that , but they're so vindictive , like , a five year old , ten year old girl that they're feelings were hurt , so they're gonna put everybody on that property through the treatment as they call it
