Very disappointed in how @bathandbodyworks handled this drop. Allowing a limit of 9 per item made it incredibly difficult for everyday customers to have a fair chance, with many items selling out within just minutes of opening. A more reasonable limit of 2 per item would have allowed more customers who genuinely enjoy and collect these products the opportunity to purchase them. What makes it even more frustrating is seeing these same items immediately being listed for resale at significantly higher prices. Limited releases should be exciting for loyal customers, not an opportunity for resellers to clear the shelves before everyone else gets a chance. I really hope @bathandbodyworks reconsiders its purchase limits for future drops.

The drop was disgraceful. Being almost trampled for hand sanitizer with my child is gross. Think about making limits and setting up safety restrictions when dropping limited editions.. no reason you can let groups at a time into the store..

so mad i couldn’t get my hands on any candle holders, i was first in line and got pushed out the way, by the time i reached the table EVERYTHING WAS GONE. so disappointed.

Had my order online for pickup and it was cancelled 4 hours later. Couldn’t even go in store because it was past 10 am and I knew scalpers had already taken everything. This is so disappointing.

Sad I didn’t get anything. There should always be limits on a drop like this to make it a bit more fair for all your customers. It’s ridiculous how stingy people can be. I will take my business elsewhere.
