@_thewkcoach: HEAD LOW ⬇️ ELBOWS UP 🧤 This is a cool one for ensuring we drive up with our elbows rather than bringing them out towards the ball. What I often see is the keeper’s head going up and then back when rising which pushes hands out and makes catching the ball more tricky!
