I wasn't referring of shooting. If a cop is persuading or chasing a car, but the car is high speeding, the cop have to stop chasing the vehicle for civilians safety.

NYPD officer always speeding, they struck civilians then right away they call another NYPD officer to write a faulse report that emergency sirens and lights were on when it was not……….they are trained to get away of their crimes with emergency flash lights and siren drama and In case if any rare case happened then comptroller office claim adjusters will protect them by hook and crook and will not work on claims till one year and 90 days to punish civilians they close claim in favor of NYPD as time expired due to comptroller office unable to complete………
