This was not fair, she could have ask him if he could come down and let her pass. She was just an entitled woman, there’s no justification. Age has nothing to do with it. I saw a cold case where the man was 81 and still got arrested for stabbing someone for road rage and sentenced to 40 years in prison. She got away with crippling a man that was just probably working and maybe because I don’t have all the facts that it was his first time blocking the way. This was sidewalk rage. It’s a shame the justice system failed him!
