@cookinginthemidwest: Day 12 of sharing easy dinner recipes! 🍽️ This one is too good not to include in the series! 😮‍💨 Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole INGREDIENTS 1 lb ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp onion powder and paprika 1 tbsp minced garlic 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 8 oz can tomato sauce 1/4 cup ketchup 1 tbsp mustard 2 tbsp bbq sauce 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese 1 bag Crispy Crowns or Tater Tots Dried parsley INSTRUCTIONS Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Brown 1 lb of ground beef and an onion. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Drain any extra grease. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and bbq sauce. Let simmer on low for a couple of minutes. Top with shredded Colby Jack cheese. Add the crispy crowns on top and bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until the crispy crowns are golden brown and crispy. #easydinners #EasyRecipes #tatertotcasserole
