Between running a house with two kids & running my own business, I don’t have the bandwidth to be my own assistant anymore. So I gave the job to Muse, my personal AI agent, from Meta’s new Muse app. #MetaPartner @Meta It’s not a chatbot, it’s an agent, meaning it actually does things for me instead of just answering questions. It’s booked a restaurant, DMed a friend back when I completely dropped the ball, cancelled a subscription I forgot I was even paying for. Stuff that used to sit on my to-do list for weeks, is just handled. It remembers everything too, big or small. I’ve had it helping me plan our Hawaii trip: Oahu, Maui, Kauai, the whole flight logistics headache, & it’s still keeping track of all the moving pieces weeks later without me having to re-explain any of it. And it’s connected to my actual calendar, my Instagram, my health stuff, so it’s not giving me generic advice, it’s working with what’s really going on in my life. I’m still the one in control of all of it though. It’ll ask first, like “want me to email the hotel and confirm those dates?” & I just say yes or no. I named mine, gave it a whole personality, and at this point it knows me better than half the apps on my phone. Being able to have my Muse connect with other apps, read my email (& help me write & send them), help manage my calendar, is more than a game-changer. It is a TRUE upgrade in my days & how i can spend my time. Now MAYBE I can learn to actually take a break.
