😳 Not guilty he didn’t know if the perp had a gun because he reached in his pocket if a cop did this what would happen he was defending his self in the time he pulled the gun the perp could gave run or left but he didn’t so yes self defense

There’s no way it’s self defense, by the video played, he shot him when he wasn’t digging in his pocket. And just because someone reached in their pocket doesn’t give u the right to shoot them. There was no threat to his life at that moment.
