This hits hard. I lost a good friend. He reached out to me the day before he took his life. Wanted to come over. But I was busy so I told him not today. That night he hung him self. No one seen it coming. I blamed my self for a long time thinking if I just said yeah come over. Would our conversation save him? I’ll never know. And I carry that with a heavy heart. I blamed my self for a long time. Went through a deep depression and abused prescription medication with the excuse that I needed it to function. I was so far in a hole that I wanted to die. I suffered in silence and put on a brave face. Then I started to work on my self. Found therapy on a Harley in the wind. Found myself again. It took a lot of time but

Depression, he looks happy but he is broken, I've been there. I was so broken that when I was alone in my home I used to cry, I felt suffocate by everything. Just say hi and maybe a little "let's get a cup of coffee", it will mean the world for them!
