Agreed!! I had 2 C-sections and both times my mom came and stayed with us for a month. Cooked, cleaned, and helped me with both babies. It was amazing. I didn’t have postpartum depression, I think due to the help and love from my mom. Seaweed soup everyday- my milk supply was amazing, the power of seaweed soup!
