@restorsea: I said NO to the first PRO Restorsea LipMagic production bulk. It didn’t match my standard—and there was this weird foam that absolutely should NOT have been there. The contract manufacturer figured out what happened: air got into the batch. So they reworked the ENTIRE batch to remove the air…and sent it back to me. Now it’s sitting in front of me for Round 2. And here’s the thing: I don’t care how much time, money or product is at stake. If it doesn’t match my approved standard, I’m rejecting it again. So…did they fix it?
