What makes it even more disappointing is not like our roster is filled with a bunch of bums. We have a former candidate for MVP in the worst slump of his life. We have too much talent to be this bad.. it’s gotta be something going on in the clubhouse, the vibes are not good right now

Sure this year sucked but we have a promising future with Ewing Benge McLean Scott & Thornton. Add the vets in Soto Lindor & kids on the rise like Voit, Rojas, Pena, etc. Mets just need the right fit at manager. Green has done a pretty good Job tbh so we’ll see what happens in the offseason

I think the Mariners take the title of most disappointing because of their deep postseason run last year. The Mariners had way more legitimate expectations for success than the Mets did this year
