@three_cccs_healing: I bought into the idea that if I was aligned enough, business would feel effortless. That if my frequency was high enough, I could post, manifest, shift my energy and the money would follow. And when it didn’t? I assumed there was another block to clear. Another activation I needed. Another strategy from another coach that would finally create the momentum. I don’t believe that anymore. Do I believe frequency matters? Absolutely. Do I believe subconscious work can change your relationship with money, visibility, receiving and success? 100%. But frequency doesn’t replace the foundational work of building a fucking business. You still have to sell. You still have to email. You still have to follow up. You still have to talk about your offer more than twice. You still have to look at what’s working and what isn’t. You still have to show up when there isn’t immediate evidence that it’s working. Because creating a burst of momentum is one thing. Building something capable of sustaining that momentum is another. And maybe THAT is the subconscious work we need to be talking about. Why can’t you stay consistent when the dopamine wears off? Why do you change directions when something doesn’t immediately work? Why does doing the boring, repetitive work of business feel unsafe, restrictive or like you’re “forcing”? I thought alignment meant business should feel effortless. Now I think alignment means having the capacity to stay in the room long enough to build it. Shift your frequency. And then do the fucking work.
