I love mirror work. The first time I did this, I literally saw my image moving making the opposite facial gestures. Ever since that happened, if I walk pass a mirror or window reflection, I always speak and smile. Sometimes even give a compliment or praise. Either way. I love it and it’s the best feeling.

really like this. been getting into meditation and breath work, using tuning forks in my meditation, sleep on a grounding mat. im all for going deep within and remembering who we are. could see this be a very useful tool in doing so. keep going brother

I ALWAYS tell people to stop and just look at yourself in the mirror and just sit with you for a minute… It is SO HEALING and even when nothing is wrong still do it. It’s needed, trust.
