@cookingwithluyanda: A little @Tightline_jozi lesson because I actually didn’t know the story went this far back 😂🎣 Long before the restaurants, Tightline started as a family fishing business in 1991, founded by Paul and Cherie. Their son @tylerloomes later joined the family business and brought the restaurant side of Tightline to life. Which explains why retail is such a big part of what they do. The seafood you see on ice, in the freezers and eventually on your plate is caught, processed and packaged by the Tightline team themselves. And it’s not just seafood…you can shop some really beautiful cuts of meat too, from your everyday cuts to Wagyu. I love knowing the story behind where my food comes from, especially when there’s a family story behind it.
