I've been waiting for YEARS for someone to say something about SageSmokeSurvival because while he's extremely smart, his videos always give "I'm better than you because I'm living a self sustainable life", and he gives off super arrogant vibes and it's always irked the piss out of me lol there's dozens of other survival/bushcraft/self sustainable channels to watch that are informative without being cocky(pun intended)

I just have one question. How is he going to depend on the chickens if he can't catch them, they don't trust him, and they can get to where he can't? It sounds like the only thing 'dependable' about those chickens is gonna be that they can't be caught.

I mean, beans were and are an abundant protein source that is significantly cheaper to produce than raising chickens, requiring less land, water, and fossil fuels. Its also high fiber. Not sure why we didnt just focus all that energy in bean production. 🤔

If he wanted a hearty, productive, and easy to feed birds, there are literally dozens of established breeds that fit that criteria. He’s just reinventing the wheel to generate content
