Iger and Kushner, the brother of President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, are reportedly shelling out a record-breaking $12.5 billion for the basketball team. Iger and Kushner confirmed the deal, first reported by ESPN, in a statement on Wednesday. If completed, the sale would shatter the prior record price of $9.6 billion for the NFL's Seattle Seahawks set earlier this year. That deal has yet to close.
