sweetheart u r so strong. keep fighting even though i know it's not that easy. I think ur mom maybe is a narcissist. u should read about narcissistic people. when ever she tried to provoke u, u should never react as shes waiting for ur reacting so that she can make u the enemy and blame u for being a bad person. dont react and have a poker face. ur not responsible for healing her or for emotionally stabilising her or for explaining things to her. shes a grown women and ur not responsible for her outbursts. be indifferent and dont let her control or have an impact on ur emotions. I know it's hard but u need to seperate her from urself or else she will consume u. focus on ur life , ur studies and study very hard so that u can land into a good university and get out of ur moms house. dont tell her anything about ur plans or ur dreams as she will try to ruin them. believe me when I say this, u r enough, ur strong, loving, and u deserve everything in this world. dont let her take ur spark. try to have hobbies and try to stay away from her as much as possible. hang out with friends and make plans with them. go to library for studying. also document everything for proof. write or record every bad things she does along with dates and time. this way u will have proof and this way she won't be able to make u look like the bad person. this will be for back up of ur safety. write it in the notes app or ur phone and hide it in the settings section so ur mom can't find it. be calm infront for her and dont let her suspect anything and dont tell her what she does to u as thats of no use and u will waste ur energy. ur mom knows what shes doing to u. if u can work, try to make ur own money so that u can be financially independent. also if ur dad is a good person, have a good relationship with him and don't let ur mom ruin that. make sure that ur dad is aware of the abuse ur mom does to u. abuse isnt always physical, abuse can be emotional, mental, phycological. dont let her mean comments about ur appearance or anything else get into ur head. learn about daily affirmations, healthy mindset and accepting urself and watch videos about this on youtube. u r a warrior qeen🔥🔥🔥🔥

there's no point of telling her to stop as this will only increase her willingness to hurt u more. just leave the room or ignore her. focus on ur own life and tell her nothing about ur life. keep conversations to minimum sentences and agree with whatever she says. eg, ur mom says the sky is purple, u agree and nod. ur mom has made u her target so do everything u can to stay invisible to her so that she gets bored and leaves u alone. also paste a childhood pic of urself on ur mirror. everyday u look at that pic and then look at urself and remind urself that u r still that little precious angel.everyday look in that mirror and say one kind thing about urself. u and the child version of urself are the same person so treat urself gently and dont belive in ur moms words. she's pushing her insecurities on u. and also like tell ur dad to stand ur for u and fight for u. he's ur dad and he's suppose to protect u. talk sweet to ur dad and convince him to help u. u r enough and u r so strong and beautiful. dont let anyone dim ur spark. dont let anyone tell u, what u can or can't do. if u know ur truth and if there's even a little voice in ur heart that tells u to fight for ur dreams. u fight as if ur life depends on it. love u❤️❤️.. keep fighting. 🔥🔥
