@elastaboy: Foot caves inward on every step? That’s overpronation, and it can be trained, not just taped. Your ankle, knee or arch pain could be tracing back to one thing: an arch that never learned to control the roll instead of collapsing into it. The small muscles under your arch are supposed to act like a spring, loading down a little on contact then snapping back. When they go quiet, the arch just keeps caving, and that stress often travels up into the ankle and knee. Train the roll, don’t just stretch it: 1. Banded ankle eversion, 10 slow reps each side 2. Calf raises, 3x12, pause at the top 3. Single-leg balance holds, 30 seconds each side 4. Short foot doming, 10 reps each foot, 2-3 second hold Follow me then comment “BASICS” and I’ll DM you my Mobility Basics program 👇 #Elastaboy #Reboryn #ArchPain #Overpronation #AnkleStability
