No. Some people do better on Thorazine or Haldol. Everyone is different.

As a person with adhd, the best way to tell if a med if effective for me is actually if I stop taking it daily😂 Why is that you ask? Medicine works-symptoms improve, I feel better, my brain no longer tells me I need medication. I forget to keep taking it or can’t bring myself to take it because I feel no compelling reason to do so, now that I feel better. Messed up. I know

Both still cause sexual dysfunction which can be difficult for male patients in relation to concordance 😏
