Turtles All the Way Down by @John Green has very good ocd representation in the fmc! Not only do we see the fmc's struggle with ocd, but we also see how it can affect her relationships with loved ones too. There is also a great film adaptation. The author has ocd himself, so it's nice to see representation coming from someone with personal experience.
