hi love!! if you’re experiencing any pain or period type symptoms, please get your prolactin, estrogen, and progesterone levels checked :) and also get checked for any changes in your thyroid and cortisol. i had these done and had a pelvic ultrasound done. turns out the two months i missed a period and felt period symptoms is because i have 2 active cysts. you’re not broken, there is a reason! see your gynecologist if you have one 🥰

You could have a Vitamin D deficiency. I had that but I’m a lot older with no periods any more but I was like you. Couldn’t do anything. Felt so shattered. Couldn’t sleep but I had other symptoms like my hair was falling out, I couldn’t remember names and I couldn’t spell words. I used to walk from side to side instead of a straight line but it was worse when I was tired. This had been going on for approx 5 years. I get blood done every year so my Vit D level must have been dropping but I was at my worst when they told me I had this deficiency. Now on tablets for the rest of my life

This happened to me twice in my life, I’ve missed 3 months of periods twice. Wasn’t pregnant once, went the DRs for all sorts of tests they couldn’t find anything wrong with me. Then after 3 months they started again each time. I still to this today don’t know what caused it. I wasn’t overly stressed either. Weird x

I had this back last year it came back after 3 months it was the worst thing I have ever gone through I was miserable and moody all the time definitely ask for a blood test my doctors wouldn’t do anything until I had missed 3 periods never found out the reason why x
