recommend you get the fish burger from Cuci 除夕汉堡 on Elizabeth st across the street from the police station in Chinatown. it has two fish fillets, two onion rings in a sesame seed bun/pita like bread.

For Cantonese speaking Chinatowns, you have Chinatown, bits of 8th Ave, Bensonhurst are great. For mandarin speaking Chinatown, Flushing is your best bet
