Meanwhile, I solved a problem the client didn’t even realize they had. That’s the kind of initiative clients appreciate. Hindi dahil mas magaling ka technically. It’s because you’re paying attention and thinking beyond the task. That doesn’t mean doing extra work for free. It means noticing opportunities to make your client’s work easier and communicating them professionally. If I wanted to build that mindset, here’s what I’d do.
