not wanting to tip bc u "ordered on the app" but we are still in the heat or freezing weather taking your order? and inside making the drink just like before? but only bc u don't have to say you want your large iced cookie blondie 3 extra sweet w a bow on top u don't have to tip anymore is craaaaazy 😂😂

7b worker here, the tip isn’t necessarily for the person taking ur order, it’s for everyone inside and majority of us really don’t care js trying to get thru the day, so sorry to hear about rude workers with no tip💔

7brewrista hereee, it’s so drinks don’t get piled up and waisted. The app really is for tracking points and purchases and gives more space to explore any drink ideas you wanna build without the pressure of being quick in line. ( which never feel pressured we love talking about drink ideas tbh)

the amount of people who was complaining about not knowing what to order i think this is perfect for them. it’ll decrease the amount of people holding up the line trying to to look at the online menu or looking on tiktok for a recipe.

Im sorry but we get paid like 11 an hour if not less at other stands tipping is optional but is so is good service yall do realize we are in the heat and cold still right cause obviously please work our job in 100 degree weather or below freezing weather and tell me I still make enough for you not to tip

i talked to the girl that gave me my drink and she said she thinks they’re just testing it out first and making sure it doesn’t have bugs and then they will probably add a payment method in the future

I’m a brewista, and the way it was explained to me during our training is that when you get to the stand, we’re supposed to repeat your order back to you so you know for sure you ordered what you’d like/it gives you a chance to change your order if you change your mind before payment! Those situations don’t seem very likely for myself if I were to go through a stand outside of working, but I think they just want to reduce mistakes being made! :))

so far i think the app is only beneficial for three things, 1: if you have a big group it’s easier than having everybody order when 6 people are in the car, 2: if you have a drink with a million customizations. 3: to track points. otherwise whats the point 😭

okay so if you were to pay on the app the order would pop up on our screen right then and there. and then your drink would be sitting for awhile and probably lost thrown away etc. that’s why you pay at the stand so as soon as you pay your order gets put on our screens and you have a fresh drink

yall they don’t pre make your drink the come up and scan a qr code and then you pay then they make your drink the app is so you don’t have to tell them a 30 item drink for 3 mins just scan pay wait and go instead of talk pay wait and go
