@wbztv: Latiesha Dukes, a mental health counselor who worked with Lindsay Clancy, testified Wednesday that Clancy appeared to be improving and showed no signs of mania, delusions, paranoia or psychosis during their final session. Jurors also heard testimony about Clancy's concerns over taking medication, with the defense raising claims that an outpatient postpartum program was unable to treat her because she may have been overmedicated. When asked if that would surprise her, Dukes responded, “It would surprise me, yes.” Clancy, 35, has pleaded not guilty to three counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of her children — 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson and 8-month-old Callan - in the family's home before trying to take her own life.
