The program brings together Riwāyah and Dirāyah, Taḥqīq and Tartīl, theoretical and applied Tajwīd, Sanad and Talaqqī, and preparation for teaching and Iqrāʾ. Its aim is not simply certification, but the cultivation of the precision, knowledge, character, and amānah expected of those entrusted with transmitting the Qur’an. Qualified students may also become eligible, following assessment, for the two-month Madinah Scholarly Intensive with senior Muqriʾīn and scholars.
