This is a bad take. The cancellation was on very, very short notice. The cake shop owner needed to pick up the phone and ensure the bride knew she couldn’t make it, not text her once the bride was already in OP. Come on now: that’s ridiculous.

I once drove 1.5 to a salon I booked 4 months in advance, she called me 20 mins before my appointment, 10 mins from her location and had a last minute family emergency.. when we spoke over the phone I could hear her voice cracking.. I told her it’s all good love, and to text me when she’s rebooking.. she did, and I didn’t want an explanation.. I was just happy with my results..

The business owner was not “trying” to get in touch with her. She emailed her and canceled an hour before their appointment when the girl lives 40 min away. Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t the excuse that she had to take her kid to soccer practice? I’d be pissed too.

This is a BS take. It wasn’t a kid is sick school emergency, it was soccer. That is scheduled in advance. As for the business owner trying to reach her, it was ONE hour prior to her appointment. She didnt just find out her husband was gone and the kid had soccer. Come on.

nah, I just went and watched her videos.... I'm on the bride's side. she did go overboard when complaining about the parenting stuff, but overall I totally see why she would be frustrated
