@plants_proseccoandparent: Holiday motherhood isn’t always the version that makes it into my camera roll. ☀️ Sometimes I’m tired, routines have disappeared, I’ve said yes to far too many ice creams and I’ve lost my patience five minutes after promising myself I wouldn’t. 😂 And somehow I still put so much pressure on myself to make the holiday perfect. But I’m learning that my kids don’t need perfect holidays. It doesn’t matter about the late bedtimes, the days with no plans, the outfits repeated, the random ice creams… Because being a good mum doesn’t suddenly mean I have to be a perfect one just because we’re on holiday.
