I exclusive pumped after a few months…. Get a nipple measuring kit. Our nippies change sizes.. this is common cause! Too small or too big inserts.🤗

Omggg. I exclusively breastfed for 2 years. I had mastitis 3 times. the absolute worst, I felt like hand pumps and the wearables triggered it for me 😭 i had alllll the same symptoms. my boob was literally purple because of how bad it was 😭 my stepdad is a doctor and would prescribe me Dicloxacillin. no joke, every symptom gone the same day I started the antibiotic! try that next time, goodluck mama 💘🧸

I feel like wearables don’t mean anything I got this 2 weeks pp with my second used my plug in pump only I felt so awful the over the counter meds didn’t work had to be in hospital get iv antibiotics for at least 48 hours! Definitely gonna be getting sunflower lecithin this time hoping if i feel anything that will help😅
