Avoiding the rooms that would expose where you still need to grow. One decision won’t define you. But repeated decisions become evidence, and your mind uses that evidence to construct an identity. Do something often enough and eventually you stop seeing it as behaviour. You start seeing it as who you are. Be deliberate about the evidence you keep creating.
