Watchdogs. For all connections, all tailscales, and more. Make sure nothing goes stale, out of date and so on. Also built an obsidian kind of thing that says if you modify X then here’s the blast radius and He has to walk down all of them to make sure those connections don’t need work too. And again, nothing essentially gets built or worked on w out some log or work order. Then we know basically who, what, when etc. and more. Keep at it, way ahead of me.

I had the same problem, just build a protocol to get her to periodically test these connections once a week or more often if that suits your workload
