Yup, they do this every year. They lead the league in IL usage. Joe Kelly has said in an interview that the Dodgers keep you on the IL even if your healthy already because they want you 110% for the playoffs. And next year will be the same thing, Snell, Glasnow, Othani will be all be on the IL. They dont want their pitchers pitching a whole season
