make it make sense that my apartment on 12th and Jackson is charging 275 a month for parking when the parking is a part of the building, underground + an additional 150 a month or more for "community fees"

They’re just gonna raise the rent to combat the fee ban. Like a studio apartment that’s under 600 sq ft shouldn’t be almost 1500$

Sure get rid of package fees yet residents want landlords to track down missing/stolen packages or they want landlords to personally deliver packages to the door
