The moon cycle tells us where we are in the calendar. Isn't that in the book of Enoch? If we observe the moon because man cant change that wouldn't that tell us where we are? The sun cannot tell us what calendar day it is. Please dont spread false information. Ppl read for yourself

Sister, I think you mean on the feast of trumpets is a day of rest outside of the sabbath. It happens to fall on the sabbath this year. The feast of trumpets (rosh hashanna) is off the moon cycle, also know as the day no man knows the day or hour and 10 days after rosh hashanna is the Day of atonement (yom kippur). What ever day rosh hoshana falls on count 10 days for Yom Kippur. Leviticus 23:24 trumpets and Leviticus 23:26 atonement. Rosh trumpets It is off the moon cycle, but either way. Atonement follows trumpets and the cycles will always change and be different. To make the 10 days wait always a different day for the most part. The feast of trumpets dictates the start of the new month and year and it’s always 10 days after for the atonement. Where we are forgiven for our sins by Jesus. They the Jews carry their sins all year with them and wait for atonement to be forgiven.

The feast of Trumpets cannot start until the new moon is confirmed. That’s why in the Bible when Jesus is talking to the Jews he says, “no man knows the day or hour” and also, “in the twinkling of an eye AT THE LAST TRUMP” is also the FOT. Lemme explain. If you go up to any Jew and ask them, “what day is no man knows the day or hour” they know that to be the FOT bc it can’t start until they confirm the new moon. You can ask them the same thing about the last trump. On the FOT they blow 100 shofar blows. The last long blow is called THE LAST TRUMP. That’s why it is so important to study God’s word and Jewish feast days and traditions. Bc when Jesus talked to them he explained in ways that they would understand. The feast days are so amazing when you dig into them. Also the rapture of the church directly aligns with Jewish wedding traditions

wait. Rosh Hashanah is the new moon. 9th of Tishrei is Yom Kippur. The 15th of the Jewish month is always the full moon and the New Moon is always the first. That's what I learned. Different months have different lengths especially before Passover after Rosh.
