Have you tried Tinga? (Mexican dish) it’s a saucy shredded chicken with cooked sliced onions on a sour cream tostada with whatever topping. I think you’ll love it 🥰

Randomly the best way to stop hiccups is to take in the biggest breath in that you can, hold, and bear down until you can’t anymore to reset your diaphragm 😅 I had a cardiac assistant teach me that in high school, and it ALWAYS works.
