Officially, I think it's now obvious that the prosecution’s timeline and theory of the case is incompatible with the evidence.
They've failed to prove their case.
I would like to know, at what point, can someone file for a mistrial?

What’s funny is that most of the prosecutions witnesses just make the defense look better lol

and shortly after she said that, the prosecution tried to get her impeached for false testimony 😳 reddington was like "this is your witness?"

Those thinking a mistrial would be a good thing, it would not be. The prosecution would have a chance at a whole new trial with a new jury. The best outcome for Lyndsay would be "not guilty". This means fully acquitted and they cannot try her again. It would also mean the cops have to reopen the case and there would only be one suspect left.

Also I think it’s important that Patrick spent ~15 mins ‘answering emails’ in his car while he was out. So if she concocted this plan, she thought she had even less time to execute the plan. If you’re premeditating something with this many steps, why send him to the CLOSEST restaurant down the street? Why not give yourself more time?

I just learned Lindsay never plead guilty and tried to bifurcate the trials and they said no unless she plead guilty... the prosecution is eating shit w that decision - good

Poor babies. Poor Lindsay hearing all of this. It is impossible that she could have done it. Medically not possible given her timeline and her injuries and temperature and the condition of the baby. No possible way.

Closing arguments are gonna be interesting. I wanna see how prosecution ties all this together cause I can’t tie two things together besides Patrick.

Even the judge is amazing in this case. I’m pretty sure after watching the whole trial and today’s testimonies specifically, I can finally say I’m on team Lindsay. She’s innocent.

What’s funny to me that if she had planned this why didn’t she ever Google how long it takes someone to die by strangulation because how would she have known how long it takes and that she would’ve had enough time?

And don’t forget they supposedly spoke on the phone at 534pm. He got home at 609pm. Her phone was upstairs in the nightstand. That’s 35 minutes. She would have had to put her phone away and then jump out of the window and her temp drop to 82 in 35 minutes. I’d want to know if the emts took her temp and what is was but it just doesn’t seem likely.

If they want to say that she both carried out the crime and she done it in a sound frame of mind … what’s her motive ? What are they offering up as the motive or the reason or the working theory ? Have I missed something or have they just not provided any alternative motive ??? I was under the impression that a crime like this would need motive to be established and I’m just a little confused as the whole arguments are about her mental state but no other alternatives?
