northridge toyota also didn’t actually change the oil of my family’s corolla when we brought it in, they just reset the oil life and now our transmission is done. 2020 and they just paid it off in june

I literally went to Northridge toyota by myself as a woman , I was showed one car and I will tell everyone to never go there ever . they tried to bait and switch me in the paper work when I was given a quote in text with one of their salesmen . its was nasty work.

Yea dealership is a pain and they are so sneaky, our local Toyota dealership did the same and we ghosted them. In addition, I’m not going to pay a 50k for a Toyota, so we went to get a Lexus instead.

FTC requires Dealerships to post nonnegotiable fees online. The posted an $85 non negotiable fee. Meaning everything else on the otd price is in fact negotiable. What is illegal about that.
